How do I book the Agave Abode directly?

You can book directly at agaveabode.com/book. Direct booking with us means no Airbnb or VRBO service fees — you get the same property at a lower total cost. Booking is instant with secure online payment.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The keypad is available 24 hours so you can let yourself in at any point after 4 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before check-in. Cancel 7–13 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

How much does the Agave Abode cost per night?

Nightly rates at the Agave Abode range from approximately $250 to $500 per night depending on the season and length of stay. Peak season (spring and fall) typically runs $350–$500/night. Summer and winter shoulder season runs $250–$350/night. Minimum stay is typically 2–3 nights. Check current availability and exact pricing at agaveabode.com/book.

Is the Agave Abode pet-friendly?

We love animals, but unfortunately the Agave Abode does not allow pets. This policy helps us maintain the property for all guests and protects guests with allergies.

How far is the Agave Abode from Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte?

Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte are just a 5-minute drive from the property — some of the most iconic red rock formations in Sedona. The heart of Sedona (uptown) is about 15 minutes away.

What outdoor activities are near the Agave Abode?

Sedona is an outdoor paradise. From the property you're 5 minutes to Bell Rock trailhead, walking distance to Oak Creek Golf Course, and close to world-class hiking, mountain biking, jeep tours, wine tasting, Tlaquepaque Arts District, and more. Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon are a day trip away.

Amenities

Is the property good for families with young children?

Absolutely. We provide two pack-n-play cribs, a high chair, baby carrier for hiking, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, a stroller, and babysitter recommendations. The big private backyard is great for kids to play safely.

Is there a hot tub?

Yes! We have a private Jacuzzi hot tub — one of the most popular features of the property. There's nothing better than soaking after a long day on Sedona's trails.

Is there fast WiFi for remote work?

Yes, we have high-speed WiFi throughout the home and provide a sit-stand laptop-friendly workspace. Several guests have worked remotely during longer stays.
